Currently, our direct service area extends from NW Alabama and SE Tennessee to South Georgia (lighter area of the map).  Balances can be shipped from anywhere in the United States and Canada for shop repair but for Central and Western USA customers we recommend IES (http://www.iescorp.com). IES specializes in the repair and refurbishing of high precision electronic balances and scales. (They do not do field service work.)

If you have an inoperative balance that requires non-emergency repair or a balance that “just isn’t working right”, please call us immediately. A technician may be nearby, virtually eliminating all travel costs. If we’re not currently in your area and you would like to be notified before we visit the region, send us your e-mail address or tel num and any problems you are currently having.. We’ll give you an approximate date, then contact you several days in advance of our scheduled visit.  Advantage: NO TRAVEL CHARGES.   (Current scheduled service customers will receive immediate telephone support to try to fix the problem at no charge. This applies to all balances serviced at the site, whether or not they’re still covered by our service guarantee.)
